opening in Fall of 2026, THE JACKSON MUSEUM SCHOOL IS K-6 SCHOOL based on research through personal exploration. Access to museums, educational centers, and cultural sites give students a tangible grasp of classroom lessons and a new perspective on how those lessons connect to real life.
Founder: JEAN LITTLE
Dr. Jean Little brings a leadership style rooted in collaboration, empathy, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. With over 20 years of experience in education, her journey has spanned roles in K-12 and higher education, driven by a passion for empowering students and educators alike. After serving 13 years as a high school English and Journalism teacher in Obion County, TN, Dr. Little’s career progressed to influential roles including Principal of Carr Elementary, Tennessee Academic Specialist with Focus Schools, District Humanities & Literacy Curriculum Coordinator for the Jackson Madison County School System, and Interim Dean of Academic Support Services at Bethel University. These diverse experiences have given her a profound understanding of the educational landscape and the needs of diverse student populations.
